This is all too "American" and far too many 'template / standard' e-mails for my liking ! If you, personally, had some sales history then I may have re-considered but I've been a salesman for 20 years and I've heard all this marketing stuff before,I'm sorry to tell you ! The whole package needs re-designing and re-branding to succeed in the UK and I believe the costs have priced you out of the market !
